Following several years working at lighting design consultancies across London, Lotti completed a Masters in the Conservation of Historic Buildings at Bath University, joining LHD Cotswolds in 2017.

Lotti’s broad design portfolio provides her with a unique perspective of how light can transform any given space; from galleries, churches and historic monuments to restaurants, bars and office spaces.

Her creative ambition and worldly knowledge of design is displayed throughout the process, with each new project and challenge delivering essential inspiration and application advancements to pass onto the next. Her patience knows no bounds and our clients can rely on her to deliver a smooth project from inception through to completion.

After qualifying and working for a highly regarded lighting studio in London, across a mix of residential and commercial projects, Tamara brought her expertise and energy to Light House Designs.

Her detailed, considered approach to lighting design creates a flexibility our valued clients demand, irrespective of their sector or location. Tamara ensures each bespoke collaboration guarantees quality, without design being compromised.

Based in London, Tamara focuses largely on our projects in London, the South East and abroad.

Lin discovered her passion for lighting during her training as an Interior Designer. After obtaining a First Class Degree in Interior Design, she enhanced her lighting technical knowledge by obtaining an MSc in Light and Lighting at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. Lin approaches projects with a multifaceted style, in which appreciation of the interplay between light and materiality captures the potential of each space.

Lin joins Light House Designs after working in prestigious design studios in London and Belfast. During her time as a lighting consultant, she has been involved in multiple award-winning projects, ranging from high-end hospitality and premium residential to restaurants and public realm spaces.

Erica works behind the scenes implementing processes to increase efficiency across the business and our team. Above all, she prides herself on making our lives easier, so we can focus on doing what we do best.

As Director of Business Operations, Claire looks after day-to-day business operations at LHD. This includes automating processes, achieving operational efficiencies, identifying development opportunities for both personnel and the Company, and very importantly nurturing staff morale and well-being.

Claire has an affinity for working with people, having worked in a HR and Business Operations role for over 15 years for a leading lighting manufacturer.

A natural leader, Claire uses transparent communication strategies to guide, motivate and develop employees from both the top-down and the bottom up to assist individuals in achieving both their personal and professional objectives.

Jo established Light House Designs in 2010, after gaining considerable experience across a broad spectrum of architectural design and decorative sectors of the lighting industry. Besides a large number of high-end residential projects, she has been responsible for designing lighting design schemes in hotels, spas, restaurants and creative workspaces.

Jo has an ability to understand every facet of the design process and is perfectly positioned to help support and educate our clients throughout their journey with Light House Designs.

At the heart of the day to day operations of LHD, Jo promotes a down to earth and human approach to everything we do. Above all, she values a personal service, a close team and long-standing, trusted relationships with our partners in design. This commitment to our clients’ overall experience has instilled a dedication across the team to deliver uncompromising and exceptional results.

With a desire to achieve exceptional lighting design that weaves seamlessly with each unique blend of architecture, interior or landscape design Lydia loves working closely with the client or design team to ensure lighting design aligns with the concept and the client’s vision is realised.

Abi enjoys the process of taking a concept developed to suit the client’s needs, into technical design, and realising the physical lighting scheme, bringing visions to life, enhancing key architectural features as well as creating a comfortable and practical living environment.

Abi continues to build her experience in lighting luxury residential, commercial and hospitality in both interior and exterior spaces.

Having achieved a first-class degree in surface design, Katie developed an appreciation for colour, texture and materiality and the way that light interacts with them. With a newfound desire to transform interior and exterior spaces with light, Katie pursued a career which has seen her illuminate a variety of projects, including hotels, churches, cruise ships and homes. With her passion lying in residential lighting design, Katie enjoys working closely with clients and consultants, to ensure each project is tailored and sympathetic to both the architecture and the client’s needs. Bringing an artistic, technical, and critical eye to each project, Katie is dedicated to ensuring the result not only enhances the beauty of each space, but also the experience of those living in it.

This curiosity deepened working in independent design studios in London, gaining a technical understanding of lighting design, mastering its challenges, and refining the details that make a difference. With a rich, multidisciplinary background spanning award-winning projects in luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end residential, Chan brings both imagination and expertise to every design. Now at Light House, she is excited to share her passion for lighting with designers and clients, designing spaces to be experienced and enjoyed.

Anthony achieved his qualification in electrical and electronics background and continues to develop his expertise in LED emerging technologies.

Anthony’s lighting journey began over 20 years ago working as a Lighting Designer & CAD Engineer creating lighting design visuals within the commercial sector.

With a focus on all technical aspects of lighting, from function to performance, aesthetics, quality, and controls within residential and commercial property, Anthony uses a considered approach to staying ahead of technology and how lighting design can incorporate such diversity during all phases.
